Senior Full Stack Engineer - Identity and Access Management

Overview

We are seeking experienced full stack engineers for our new Identity and Access Management product. We hope to enhance the value of our collaboration software with the new product and allow our customers to experience better teamwork. It also works as an identity provider for other cloud services for single-sign-on. We will use technology such as Go, OAuth2/OIDC, gRPC, Kubernetes, and distributed databases to build the backend and TypeScript, React, Next.js and gRPC-Web to build the frontend for the new product.

As an experienced full-stack software engineer, you will be responsible for filling the gap between the frontend and backend engineers. Specifically, you will develop a Node server and CI/CD for the product frontend.

In the early stage, you will also be responsible for making a prototype by building the UI or running the service on GCP.

Position Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities	Design and implement new features and reusable UI components using React-based frameworks such as Next.js Implement Node.js backend server for frontend Build CI/CD pipelines and write automated tests Create and maintain documentation
Expected Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities	5+ years of experience working in development roles in software engineering Hands-on experience writing software in TypeScript and React Experience developing Node.js servers Experience improving performance and security Experience writing automated tests and CI/CD Very good command in English
Additional Desirable Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities	Experience with GCP, Terraform Experience with Next.js Experience with React Native Experience with Go Experience building mobile applications
Work Hours	Flexible Working Hours Core work hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm JST or 9am-6pm PT (some flexibility upon confirmation with your team) Core collaboration time with Japan: Tue-Fri 9am-10am JST (Mon-Thu 5pm-6pm PDT/4pm-5pm PST)

Salary Range	8,000,000 - 15,000,000 JPY（Bonus Included）
