Our Team
We have established a new and rapidly expanding team of around 20 people to build next-generation groupware and workspace solutions, including advanced identity and access management, communications, collaboration, and more.

Recruitment Pitch in New Business Division
Position Overview
Join us in developing our new B2B SaaS product, a next-generation groupware, workspace and enterprise security solution. As an expert frontend engineer, you'll leverage technologies like TypeScript, React, and gRPC to spearhead the creation and the development of our frontend from scratch. Your role will involve building high-quality applications and UI components that redefine user experiences.
Position Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities |
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to plan and implement engineering initiatives.
- Design and develop new features and reusable UI components using React-based frameworks.
- Implement automated tests and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Expected Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities |
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and React-based frameworks like Next.js with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Expertise in creating responsive web layouts and enhancing performance and security.
- Strong grasp of HTML/CSS semantics and experience in writing test codes.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience in team development of B2B services.

Additional Desirable Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities |
- Knowledge of Web communication protocols such as gRPC and OAuth2/OIDC.
- Experience in real-time communication service development (e.g., Firebase).
- Experience in leading or managing teams
- Experience with accessible coding or willingness to learn it.
- Japanese communication skills are a plus.

Smoking will be prohibited in all office areas, except for designated smoking rooms in some areas.

Salary Range |
- Salary Range(※1): JPY 9,000,000 – JPY 11,000,000
- Estimated annual salary: Base Salary (12 months) + Bonus (Base salary x 1 month x twice a year = 2 months)
- Monthly salary system: Base salary is determined based on your skill set, experience, and abilities, etc.
- An allowance for additional overtime(※2)is included in the base salary. However, work exceeding additional overtime agreed to between the employer and employee will be compensated separately.
- Base monthly salary(※1): JPY 640,000 – JPY 790,000
The base monthly salary breakdown as follows:
- Base salary: JPY 487,600 – JPY 601,900
- Allowance for additional overtime(※2): JPY 152,400 to JPY 188,100
※Notes: 1. Depending on your skill set and experience, the amount set may be outside the above range. 2. Calculated based on 160 hours of scheduled working hours per month and 40 hours of additional overtime.
